Why I give Jim Sorrentino such a hard time.

Over the last couple of weeks people have been asking me the same old question. Why do I give Jim Sorrentino such a hard time on this site? Well the answer is simple. Jim is considered the Democratic General in Hamburg. It makes no sense to jab at the party soldiers that are just following Jim’s orders.

The Democrats in Hamburg have a very secure committee with the cream of the crop on the town executive board. These people work day in and day out with the Democratic Councilmen, Department Heads, town employees and residents. All are led by Jim Sorrentino and his master plan for Hamburg’s future.

Credit given where credit is due!

Yesterday stories were run and pictures were taken of the tolls on the I-190 coming down. It’s been a long time coming. I know a lot of naysayers would be screaming that Kathy had little to do with this but from my point of view I seen her in front of the cameras at every hearing and court appearance in the effort to remove the tolls.

Kathy wasn’t the only one involved in this fight but I believe she played a key part and she deserves credit where credit is due. Once again thank you Kathy Hochul.
