What are you signing?

Every year people show up at your door and ask for you to sign their petitions for candidates running in elections that year. But their are a lot of different offices and some you may not understand. One of those petitions is for the Judicial Delegates of each party. Since this is a fairly unknown office I will try and explain what a Judicial Delegate does.
