It’s just amazing that Anthony Orsini was never elected Chairman of the Erie County Independence Party but he continues to use the party funds to pay his own bills. He is even bold enough to pay for computers for his buddies out of party funds. When is this going to stop?
He has also billed more than $2400 in cell phone and home phone expenses to the party. Remember folks he was never elected chairman and he has no right to collect these expenses.
Here is the kicker folks. NYS Election Law specifically states that anyone contributing $100 or more to a political party, campaign or PAC, must be identified next to the amount of the contribution. Anthony Orsini and Janet Buffum (fake treasurer) selectively hide the names of individuals they don’t want to reveal for their donations.
Here is the expenditure report for this July, read it yourself. By the way I will be filing a formal complaint with the NYS BOE by the end of the week. Hopefully Judge Makowski will throw this guy in jail.
