This fall, McKinley Mall will welcome ULTA Beauty and Buffalo hotspot Cozumel Grill and Tequila Bar to its merchant mix. To accommodate these exciting new merchants, the mall’s North Entrance area (located between Best Buy and The Bon-Ton) will be renovated and expand by approximately 10,000 square feet.ULTA Beauty will occupy 10,005 square feet of space inside the Mall’s North Entrance in the former Custom Patio space. UTLA opened its first location in 1990, just after the decade of excess drew to a close. By combining the salon experience with brand name cosmetics, the store quickly became a one-stop shop for cosmetics, hair products, fragrances and more. Today, there are nearly 200 ULTA stores across the country. The McKinley Mall location will be Western New York’s very first.

Popular Elmwood Avenue restaurant Cozumel Grill and Tequila Bar will also make its Southtowns debut at McKinley Mall. Known for its eclectic Mexican fare, steaks, seafood and more, the restaurant will occupy the former Garfield’s space which measures 3,205 square feet. This will be Cozumel’s second location and McKinley Mall’s first new sit-down restaurant in nearly two years.

McKinley Mall is an 800,000 sf regional mall offering Macy’s, Macy’s Home Store, Sears, JCPenney and The Bon-Ton as well as 100 specialty stores and Dipson Theatres.
