Frank Clark tells Sorrentino ” No harm, No foul”!

It has been reported here on Hamburg First that DA Frank Clark responded to an alledged request by Hamburg Town Attorney, Vincent James Sorrentino, to investigate and charge Police Officer Laurie Stone with a crime for being involved with Tom Best’s campaign. Frank Clark responded by telling Mr. Kesner and Mr. Sorrentino that the Officer had no knowledge of an obscure law prohibiting her from being a treasurer for Tom’s PAC but when she found out she immediately resigned that position. Therefor Mr. Clark wasn’t pursuing any criminal charges against the Officer. The letter was sent from Clark to Chief Kesner but was in response to a request from Sorrentino. I am attempting to get a copy of the request as I write this.
