From Monday thru the end of next week I will not be posting. I am having surgery on my back. The doctors are removing my L5-S1 disk and putting in an insert with a cage around it. I’m a bit scared and put I this off as long as I can. But now I have to do it. Like the doc told me, I can have the surgery now or I can have it in a few years. The difference is now they can hopefully make it better and in a few years the surgery will be to replace my liver from all the meds I have been on.
Anyway I’m sorry that the site will most likely be static for a few days. I’m looking for a couple guest writers if you’re interested. Just give me an e-mail and we can talk this weekend.
