This is exactly what will happen to you when you start asking good questions to your political leaders. This is a sad day in America when a student is tasered for asking a question.

Hamburg IP Council race goes into overtime!

Here it is folks. There are two districts yet to be reported. The BOE quits counting the returns at 10 pm and so we wait until tomorrow. I am down about 15 votes right now. I’m also told those two districts have more than 25 votes combined. There are also 15 or so absentee ballots to be counted and 2 affidavit ballots. I know I won the affidavit ballots because it was my friends who called and told me that the people at the polls wouldn’t let them vote on the machines.

Every year, twice a year, the people of Erie County go to the polls to re-elect the personalities and policies that have brought us 47 straight years of decline.

Have the Hamburg Democrats created a town full of Democracy or Despotism? You decide for yourself. My vote is that the Democrats have created an environment of extreme Despotism in Hamburg. Please watch the video and I think you see what I mean.

Meet the Candidates Today!

Tom Best, Cathy Rybczyinski, Vinny Gugliuzza, Walter Ruth and Kevin Smardz have organised a “Meet the Candidates Party” today at VFW 1419 on Lakeview Rd. across from the town ice arena. The party starts at noon and runs until 5pm. All the Town Council candidates, except Dicky Smith, are expected to attend. I am told the Legislative Candidates, County Executive Candidates are invited but will most likely not be there.

Admission is $10 and the proceeds will go to the Hamburg victims of Domestic Violence Fund. I hope to see you all there.

Well my second mailing hit the doors today. It says it all. We don’t need the Democrats on the IP line any longer. They can say as they wish about me but our party will be free soon. I am confident of that! To all those IP members that read this site, make sure you vote on Tuesday and show people like Mary Rose Gaughan that we are not here to fund her and her hubbies household. It’s time for a change and we want it now!

Mary Rose Gaughan sends letter to Hamburg IP!

I had a good laugh today. It seems Mary Rose Gaughan has made a feeble attempt to discredit me by doing a mailing. In her mailing she tells the IP that I am in general a terrible person with a hidden agenda. She fails however to tell the IP that her hubby gets lots of town money as an Assistant Town Attorney. I think that is a bit of a hidden agenda.

Hamburg Town Attorney has gone to far!

For two years now we have watched as Hamburg Town Attorney has used his office and political influence to obstruct and even harass Supervisor Steven Walters. Now he has gone to far. In today’s Buffalo News, Mr. Sorrentino admits limiting access for Supervisor Walters to view town internal documents. Mr. Sorrentino thinks that the Town of Hamburg is a client and as so the town is entitled to attorney client confidentiality!
