Can you see through the BS?

30 10 2007

I have to laugh at some of the really stupid replies I have gotten on the article about Kathy Hochul and the driver license issue. (please refer to the former article) If any of you really believe she is in disagreement with Spitzer on this issue then you haven’t been listening to this campaign issue very long. Their is absolutely no way she will every side against Spitzer here. Remember her track record. Read the rest of this entry »

The construction of the Village of Hamburg has brought upon lots of confusion and lots of opinions. The staff at the Hamburg Village Hall hopes to clear everything up. According to the Village Administrator of Hamburg Robert Pauley, the construction will be done earlier than it was originally planned. “The project is moving along quickly, and can be done sometime in 2008.” Early predictions were as late as 2010. There has been a lot of feedback, and initial confusions between citizens of Hamburg and people. The Special Projects Coordinator Paul Becker takes questions from the public, and coordinates with all the businesses and citizens when constructions will be starting and ending. League of Woman Voters Debate in Hamburg

23 10 2007

Tonight I had the pleasure of watching the debate for just about every candidate that is up for election in Hamburg this year. There were a lot of interesting comments but over all it was boring as hell. The real winners were as follows: Tom Best, Dick Smith, Both Jim Liegl and Bob Reynolds did very well and Bill O’Laughlin over Kathy Hochul by a split hair. Read the rest of this entry »

Frontier School District makes pact with communism

21 10 2007

I’ve said it before, Frontier School District acts like a communist government when disciplining the kids, now they are actually making pacts with communist schools. I guess they need to learn more about taking away rights of kids. Is the Chinese Delegation indicative of their government putting down ideas of Democracy? Remember Tiananmen Square? Wasn’t it students that were assassinated and murdered for demanding a democracy?

It would have been better if the Frontier School Board told the Chinese to facilitate Democracy before we subject American students to the principals of socialism. Read the rest of this entry »

Who will you support for County Executive?

19 10 2007

Keane or Collins, that is the question? It’s coming down to the last couple of weeks before the November 6th election day and it seems a lot of people are still undecided over who to vote for in the County Executive race. I myself sway back and forth each day. This is a crucial election for us in Erie County and our future hangs in the balance. Here are a few of my thoughts for those of you still undecided.
