The SilverSneakers program is growing at the Town of Hamburg Senior Services Fitness Center. Starting August 2nd we are adding the SilverSplash water class. It offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination. The class will take place every Tues. & Thurs. at 2:30 pm. For those with the SilverSneakers program, the class is free. For all others, the fee is $20.00 per month. Any questions??? Call 646-0665 and ask for Barb. |
