The fact that there is no plan on the table for updating the communication system seems to tell the story. Why not Bond 10 million bucks to bring the dispatch center up to date. We need to make a better place for our kids to play. The place is falling apart. Dave, if you coach you know what I am saying. This is the best move for the Town and if anything we should be thanking this Jeff for the idea. He came up with a plan that is a win win for all and there is no way this will be a loosing adventure.
