IP Antics Continue, Orsini off the State Committee!

Tony Orsini will officially not be a member of the NYS State Committee as of next month. Apparently he had his petitions thrown out by the Commissioners of the Erie County Board of Elections last week. I’m told that Tony didn’t properly identify who was running as the male member and who was running as the female member. That’s pretty petty considering the only two people on the petition were Tony and his wife Judy.

Orsini may be in Big Trouble!

The Buffalo News broke a follow up story today about Jack Davis being embarrassed from paying Judy Orsini money for IP assistance. At the end of the story their was a single line that is turning into a major problem for Tony Orsini.

The Mother of all Lawsuits!

Earlier this week my friend and lawyer Jim Ostrowski drove to Albany and filed the mother of all lawsuits. The next day he invited me and a lot of others to attend a press conference at Niagara Square outside Buffalo City Hall. This lawsuit is about stopping all the corporate handouts that flood our state and empty its coffers every year.

Does this really surprise you?

I have gotten dozens of calls, two letters and god only knows how many e-mails over Orsini and the money  Jack Davis payed to Judy Orsini. $5,000 isn’t chump change to the rest of us, but it’s like pitching pennies in a wishing well to Davis. I have been on the soap box for years about the money Tony gets but the reality is that it all comes from candidates who are stupid enough to give it to him so it’s their own fault if they spent it for nothing.
