Should Duffy get the Maximum Sentence?

John Duffy officially plead guilty to charges filed by the County attorney this week. Now that the facts are in and he admitted to running down this young woman, what should he received from the judge? What do you think should be his sentence. He already will be required to give up his law licence and he is almost definitely going to be sent to jail.
