Here we are folks. One day away from the biggest fraud ever committed on the American people and we are powerless to stop it. Tomorrow, Barack Obama will take the Oath of Office and become the President of the United States of America. God help us all.
I’m not upset that Barack won, indeed, I’m happy that he beat McCain for the Presidency. The problem I have is that he has refused repeated requests and stymied lawsuits from people asking for him to show a copy of his true and actual birth certificate, that shows he is a natural born citizen of the US as required by law.
He even has family members who have spoken openly about the fact that Barack was born in Africa and his mother was under the legal age limit to declare herself a citizen of the USA. His dad was a citizen of whatever country in Africa that Barack was born in. So legally he isn’t a natural born citizen and thus he becomes a usurper and a fraud as President of the USA.
The Governor of Hawaii has refused to make a copy of his original birth certificate public and only displayed a computer generated fictitious birth certificate that had no signature attached to it. The people of the US have fallen for a thief of our trust and I’m really pissed that their really isn’t a damn thing we can do about it. When he actually becomes President do any of you realise how dangerous that is to the people of the United States? Can you imagine how much damage he can do to our country? Every decision and every order he gives can be considered illegal.
But wait a minute, maybe their is something we can do. Bob Schultz and the “We the People Foundation” for constitutional education has decided to hold a Continental Congress just like in 1776. The plan is to find three Delegates from every state to meet in Philadelphia, later this winter, and discuss peaceful ways to make our government respond to our redresses of grievances and possibly force the government to follow the law and the US Constitution.
The first meeting in NY is this Wednesday, 1/21/09, in Rochester at the R.I.T. Inn & Conference Center, located at 5257 West Henrietta Rd. Rochester NY. It’s right near the thruway and Route 390. Yu can see the building from the Thruway.

I really hope to see those of you who believe like I do that our country is in terrible trouble and it desperately needs patriots to stand and fight off the corruption of our public officials in power. We need the voice and opinion of the many, not the the few.
This meeting will be a sounding board for nomination and selection of delegates to represent the common people at the Continental Congress in Philadelphia. Everything being done right now is the same as was started in 1776 by our forefathers who were in just as dire circumstances. The rest is up to us as a people. Do we continue to go down this road of despotism or do we find a way to fight back.
The time for action has come. Three times WTP foundation has asked the Supreme Court to force our government to respond to our grievances and all three times they refused. The decisions of all the lower courts have been that the citizens have the right to ask their government for a response to their grievances but the government has no obligation to respond to the people.
Three times the WTP Foundation asked the Supreme Court to force Obama and various Secretaries of States to prove the citizenship of Barack Obama and three times the Supreme Court refused to do so. Each lower court dismissed the claims on the basis that it would violate Mr. Obama’s right to privacy to divulge his legal birth certificate. Even the Governor of Hawaii said that if the documents were made public it would undermine the peoples choice for president. What does that tell you? When does the corruption end? Are you willing to be a soldier with the peaceful Continental Congress to make our government reform? If so the come on Wednesday and join us in Rochester, see you there!
Am I missing something? It is my understanding that the folks who wish to perpetuate this ridiculous intenet rumor have lost several times in Federal court, as they have tried to push their agenda.
How long does this silliness have to go on? Honestly, I normally like conspiracy theories (have read most of the JFK assassanation books), but in order for them to be at all interesting, they have to be a little beleiveable.
All that being said, go ahead and continue to be on the fringe of American politics, and oppose an American President elect who currently holds onto a 78% approval rating. I’m sure your efforts will stir alot of passion amongst the American people!

Hey, I hear your concern about my credibility but the fact is that not one person has come forward with any real proof that he was born in the USA or meets the requirements as a naturalized citizen. I know it’s sounds a little wacky, but if he is legitimate then why not show the damn birth certificate and put an end to all the BS? I haven’t made up my mind if he is legitimate or not but I tend to go towards the facts and the facts in this case show that multiple people have filed lawsuits in multiple states and not one judge has had the balls to force him to show the birth certificate. That speaks louder than anything if you ask me. It shows me that all three branches of government are complacent and willing to conspire against truth and the law as written in the United States Constitution.
As far as my credibility goes… I guess the only way to deflect the truth away from Obama is to label all the people who want to see proof of his birth place as nut cases. It is an old tactic but it ultimately shows just how desperate government is to hide the truth from the public.
If any one of the fifty different Secretary of States who rule over their perspective Board of elections had done their jobs and forced all the candidates to show proof of citizenship then this wouldn’t be an issue now or ever. Fact is that not one BOE Commissioner or their state bosses have ever asked for that proof. I know because i was born in Athens Greece and when i ran for office not one person ever asked me for proof of citizenship.
I truly believe that until Barack Obama shows this proof then he is a usurper and not worthy of our allegiance. He should be challenged and fought at every turn until he proves his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States.
You still think I’m nuts? Then explain to me why George W. Bush was allowed to pass legislation that admonishes him and his staff from any legal action over his lies, personal gain and illegal actions regarding the Iraq War? The top members of Congress agreed to this legislation and it was not only passed by Senators Obama and McCain, it was drafted, pushed and signed into law by both Presidential Candidates.
BARACK OBAMA is fine with allowing one of the biggest war criminals in our country’s history to literally get away with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. If Obama is willing to allow the murderer George W. Bush get off then why should he or anyone answer the questions the people ask him? “We The People Foundation” is the only legitimate shot at getting the truth out about our government and who these people really are. WTP took out full page ads in the Chicago news papers asking for Obama’s response. Not one other person challenged Obama directly in the press.

The question is not IF there will be an interdiction of Obama’s Presidency by the Supreme Court, the questions are WHEN and HOW that interdiction will transpire — that is, if the USA is to continue as the Constitutional Republic that now exists.

Freedom and democracy are about debate and debate allows for dissenting opinions to be voiced. Your opinion on issues loses its validity when you prop yourself to a position beyond reproach. I would put this ridiculous internet rumor on the same level of the Barack Obama is a muslim rumor. This is down right silly!
If you examine the actual document you will see that their is no signature. All vault copies of birth certificates have a signature of the doctor or medical professional who assisted the delivery of the child. If their was no medical examiner than someone in a government position must verify the birth place and sign the document. I don’t know the exact rules for how a birth certificate got signed back 40+ years ago but I do know that all vault held birth certificates must be signed for them to be valid. WTP and several other people have asked to examine the official vault held document and was refused at every turn. The document you see at this site is an unsigned reproduction that isn’t a legal document.
