I was completely appalled at the situation I was reading about in the Buffalo News on Sunday. Apparently a Buffalo Swat Team Member has a history of shooting dogs upon entry to homes during searches for suspects. In this Buffalo News story, the claim is that the Buffalo Swat Team was looking to arrest a member of a local Biker Club at his mothers house in Lackawanna.
When they entered the home they were met by two teenagers sleeping in the house. The News reports that both those teenagers were ruffed up quite a bit and literally thrown into a bed room. According to the young girls, their family dog was scared and tried to run from the Swat Team towards the girls.
Then the Officer shot the dog. Needless to say a complaint over the incident is being filed with the FBI.
I have simply two questions on this. First, what is the Buffalo Swat Team doing in a raid in the City of Lackawanna? It is out of their jurisdiction. Second, this home is not the home of the suspect, it’s his mothers home. So why did the Swat team need to enter like this? Don’t we have rights against this kind of stuff?
I could understand if the home was actually the residence of the member. But apparently the cops don’t know their heads from their ass.
Now, to the point. Why did I write about this?
Because I have said in the past and I will say it again. The time is coming when our local police forces will have to decide whether or not to defend us against our own government. We have a growing discontent in our country about what our Constitution says and what rights we are allowed each day.
The government treats our U.S. Constitution like it’s a menu that they can order from. If they don’t like a particular section they simply ignore it. Just like in 1999 Seattle, the police are being used to hurt innocent people and now even the pets they consider part of the family.

It’s one thing to secure a raid and completely another to bungle it or use it as an intimidation tactic to send a message to a local Biker Gang. This is what happens when liberal Demon-crats control our local police farce!
