Should NYS Government be Abolished?

Lenny Roberto, Founder of Primary Challenge, has had his group organize and come up with a referendum to try and abolish NYS Government. He believes that the government is corrupt at every level. Although he may be correct, this plan would require more people to vote on a referendum than the number who actually voted for Governor last time around.
