Local IP Petitions Stand Firm!

3 07 2009

I have been asked by our leadership to remove this story until all NYS IP appeals are over. As of now we are winning as I stated earlier. Don’t believe a word  Illuzzer says, he is paid by Orsini and the State IP to spew his bullshit like always. No truth to his story at all.

Sorry Ford, I read the decision and the only way the county executive board can get endorsement power is if they win in appelette court .. very unlikely!

The decision is very unclear. First she says that we don’t have the authority to endorse but then she dismisses the states case outright. It doesn’t make a difference what her opinion is if her decision is to dismiss the case. That is why both sides have appealed to the appeals court.

It is very apparent Judge Faroletta didn’t want to decide this issue and is just kicking it upstairs to the appellate court. I would have rather had a firm decision either way. The way it is written now, either side can claim victory.

It is very apparent that both sides are claiming victory. By the way Don, I highly doubt you actually read the decision since we haven’t even seen it. Only the lawyers got a copy on Thursday and everyone was out for the holiday weekend. I went to the court house on Friday to get a copy for myself and the courts were closed for the Fourth of July Holiday. So quit claiming you know something no-one else does. I’m willing to bet you are listening to Orsini and Illuzzer again as usual.

Not true Ford. I talked to one of the lawyers who read the decision to me. Seemed to think it was a slam dunk for the state executive committee – doesn’t matter wich court it’s in. Feroltta wants to be wishy washy cause she owes her judgeship to the Dems.

Ha, yea right Don. Their lawyer read the decision to you, a non party to the suit? I doubt that as well.

I know more than you Don

Don,

Injunctions are not retroactive. That’s why you are not a lawyer.

Don, hate to break it to you

I’ve watched you for the past decade and hate to break the news to you, but you Don Oakley are an imbecile of the first order. The judge issues a scholarly opinion and she “owes” her judgeship to the Democrats because she didn’t fall for your dear leader’s nitwit bull**** scheme.

I burst out laughing when someone told me this Perlman guy tried to argue that the state party was trying to prevent party raiding while Democratic chair Vincent Sorrentino kept hopping up from the peanut gallery to give him advice. Correct me if I’m wrong Ford, but that’s what I heard happened.

Seeing as you are utterly incapable of any legal reasoning Don Oakley you conclude that an honored member of the bench issued her opinon on the basis of “owing” her judgeship to Len Lenihan? You’re so full of crap. You wish someone owed you something, but you’re a political has been. See ya!

I just went downtown and got a copy of the decision. The judge absolutely dismisses the states lawsuit and proclaims that the State Chairman is barred by law from filing lawsuits and objections to any endorsements or Wilson Pakula’s filed with the BOE.

WE WIN!

More to come later in the week on the appeals.

Since when has the Buffalo News ever gotten anything political correct? They get their info from illuzer and other web sites. McCarthy and his staff haven’t gotten off their ass for a story in ten years.

There is a lot more to this story that I can’t repeat until Friday. Stay tuned.

Ford is it true a deal was made and all the Republicans in Hamburg now get the IP. Can u confirm this? Are they passing petitions? I thought the dems had it?

Everyone and their brother is out getting petitions signed on the off chance that the State IP endorses them. Steven Walters has been told, in no uncertain terms, that if the RP submits a single town council petition on our line with RP candidates on it, we will pull his Wilson-Pakula and he will be shit out of luck.

Question is…. does the County RP give a damn if Walters loses the line?

This is a non-story. You want a result so badly you fail to discern the essence of the dilemma.
