Are other citizens as confused as I?
Didn’t we just have a referendum vote on the Ice Rink issue in April? Didn’t the voters say no? I just read in this weeks issue of “The Sun”, there has been a petition to revisit the issue.
To quote:
“Case in point, a petition with over 2,200 signatures requesting the town revisit the idea about a multi-purpose sports arena was submitted to the Hamburg Town Board at their work session Monday (Sept. 21) night”.

Did these 2,200 people signing the petition vote last April? If these 2,200 signatures did vote on that referendum and it lost, how is it they can continue to harass the voters to go thru this again? If they didn’t vote then….what is the stimulus of their ‘awaking” now?
Who is involved in the crafting of this petition? Are they upfront with their credentials?
If I see any of the original people involved, you better be sure I will rally against ANY Town politician aiding and abetting this undermining “maneuver” of the citizens duly decided election results.
